Karen and Mike Barber kindly offered to give up their time on Sunday 8 July to run The Sam White Legacy charity stall at the Newark Academy Summer Carnival. A big thanks to Karen and Mike from the Legacy and another well done to the school, Friends of Newark Academy (FONA) and all the other helpers, performers and stall holders for a great day. Pet show, carnival games, food, music from Newark Radio and other activities were on offer at the carnival. We believe this will be an annual event, so please look out for next years date for 2019.
